Our Professional Fees
Our fees are designed to reflect the level of service, care, and expertise we provide.
Planning and Consultation Fee: Covers the time and effort involved in designing your perfect trip, including research, itinerary creation/selection, and expert recommendations based on your provided requirements.
Destination Wedding Planning Fee/Deposit: Includes group coordination, Coordination with the wedding department and travel contract review.
Group Travel Coordination Fee: For family vacations, reunions, or group getaways. Group quotes where available and coordination of all travelers through the booking process.
Custom Travel Design Fee: Reflects the care and attention we dedicate to crafting experiences for discerning travelers.
Professional Fees Starting from (Per Room/Cabin):
Cruise: $100 + tax
Package Vacations: $100 + tax
FITS/Custom Travel: $200 + tax
Package Groups: $200 + tax
Travel Insurance: No Fees.
Destination Wedding Groups: $200 Deposit Required. No Fees for guests/couple.
Flights: We do not book flight only reservations.
*Please contact your Travel Advisor for a Quote & Consultation. This is based on the complexity of the trip & number of passengers.

- PACKAGE VACATION - You can book on our website at No Charge. Alternatively, If you are booking early, your Travel agent can send you the link to book with a deposit option.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
*The professional planning fee is valid for 60 Days to cover the same trip research. One change will be allowed to either the original dates or the Destination. Additional changes will be classed as a new trip search. The original planning fee will no longer be valid. After 60 days or additional change request, we will provide a reduced fee of just $50 per change to continue with the planning instead of a new fee.
*If you decide not to book after starting the planning process, the Professional fee is non refundable.
*Changing your Reservation - Once your reservation has been confirmed. If you request any changes to your trip, a $25(+tax) per person Administration fee will be required. (Minimum $50 per room/reservation) This is in addition to any fees charged by the supplier. No charges will be made if we are assisting our clients with changes made by the suppliers. In the event that you cancel for a credit provided by a supplier. This is classed as a Cancellation. A new Professional fee will be required to re-start the planning process.
*Reservations booked with Points - If you wish to make a Reservation with Points that we can access, such as Westjet rewards. An Administration fee of 5% will be charged (Minimum $50+Tax, Maximum $200+tax).
*We can not book with Aeroplan points. Some credit cards also have restrictions on how you can spend your points. You are responsible for checking the terms of the points provided.
