FIRA / THERA

Fira is the capital of Santorini.  It is the largest village and one of the most picturesque spots in all of Greece.  Providing breathtaking views of the Volcano. Take scenic walks through the romantic alley ways of white washed houses during the day or spend time by the pool or in your own luxury infinity pool.  Fira has the most shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels to offer.  In addition to the 2 museums & cathedrals.  At night you can also dance the night away at the many bars and clubs, as the resort is known for its busy nightlife.

OIA

A coastal town in the north of Santorini.  Located 200 steps above Ammoudi Bay which is a small harbour with Seafood restaurants. You can also swim in the Crystal clear waters and take the small path to a unique diving area. The cliff side town is similar to Fira with its white washed houses, carved into the rugged cliffs. It spans apx 2kms along the northern edge and is said to be the most beautiful and picturesque village of Santorini. For those that like hiking, there is a trail to Fira which is approximately 10kms and a fairly easy walk.

In the evening you will find many people gathering in the streets to see the Sunset.  Oias sunset is probably the most famous in the world.  During the day you can stroll the narrow pathways.  Visit some of the many Shops, Cafes, bars & restaurants and galleries. Nearby is the ruined Oia castle (Agios Nikolaos Castle) which is a hotspot for its sunset views.  See the Oia Windmill.  For wine lovers, visit the Winery and sample the local wines.

One of the best museums in Santorini is the Naval Maritime Museum which exhibits local seafaring history in a 19th century mansion.
